For years I thought I had to figure it all out myself. I didn't, and neither do you.

I ran my family's third generation business, a ready mix concrete company with 25+ employees, and I sold it. My wife and I built and sold a CrossFit gym too. Today I'm a 50% partner in two more: an electrical services company and a materials testing company.

I also work with family businesses where the fight has reached the board table. The goal is peace in the family, so the business has a future and Sunday dinner does too.
